We have the following problem. We want to design something where some components are trasmission gates. The library we have, does not include trasmission gates. Are there any way to find in the library the spice model of the transistor so as to verify in Spice the characteristics of the trasmission gate and then include it in the library?

You should request Spice model from the Library vendor. It is usual practice to use custom blocks (Power On Reset for example) along with standard cell library, so they should provide that.

Request SPICE model from foundry, then build a cell in library.

Does anyone know why trasmission gates are not included in libraries? I have checked TSMC and USMC libraries.
