Hi,
As we know, when a Two Tran Forward uses synch rects, during heavy load, they actually feature significant time when both sec side synch rect FETs are on simultaneously...this is OK because the leakage inductance prevents shoot through currents...of course, its a disaster if this happens in light load.......so why are no synch rect controllers out there offering a shutdown pin so the user can sense load current and shut off the synch rects in light load?
