Hello,

I want to synchronize two signal generators to output two pulse signals at the same time. One must be master and the other one slave. I am using keysight N5183b signal generators. Does anyone used that model and know how to do it? I put a picture of the rare panel of SG.

First, you connect the 10MHz OUT of one SG to the REF IN input of the other. Then, set the 'slave' SG to use the external reference (if it doesn't automatically)

However, you don't say how you're triggering the pulse.

Actually, this is what i was asking. I need time sychronized pulses. There are two trigger input on SG but can i use them for time synchronization? I need phase alignment.

I'd start with user manual. You find it at the net with a few clicks.

Considering that N5183B is RF signal generator, producing various kinds of modulation, the question is remarkable vague.

Page 239-244 "triggering a waveform" describes the different ways to generate a free-running or triggered signal. It should help you to find out what you exactly want to achieve.
