Synch Buck with switching loss reduction?

Hi,
Do you wonder why the attached Synch Buck with 100nH inductor_&_freewheel_diode is not more
common? It reduces switching losses.
(LTspice & PNG attached)

SyncBuck is 220khz 15vout 24vin 3Aout

..thanks..300mW or so at this power level and duty.
Potentially takes a watt of dissipation out of each of the fets.
Cant be used at high duty cycle no.....the fsw would have to be reduced or the inductor size less than 100nH for that.
