it's funny but i can't found any information about Xm8014c
a few days ago the video door bell of my house surprised me with some smoke and explode sound. like curious cat i decide to repair it. inside i found 2 boards, the power supply and main board with MCUs LCD & ...

power supply is switching type (i don't know what topology exactly) and the primary side had some parts blown.
varistor, NTC, Fuse and some resistors before MOSFET. i replaced all of them including the MOSFET.

now i have 0 volt in output! i think it's because of PWM controller not making pulses. the name is Xm8014c i can't find anything about this IC. it's located in primary side, isolated using an optocoupler from secondary side. MOSFET is 4n60 and in addition i post a picture from board.

how i can find information about IC or there is similar replacements?

at the end sorry for bad English and the long story, actually I'm a civil engineer, trying to learn something!

You will probably have to trace the circuit out and draw a schematic. Add the values of the components on it also. Then someone here can help. It looks to me like a special in house part number.
