Hi, I want to switch on small voltages ie; less than 1V
I can't use a transistor because it has a saturation voltage.
eg:- if i want to switch on 0.7V. when the transistor is off I get 0.7V.
but when the transistor is on I get 0.2v instead of something more closer to 0V
how do I overcome this. are there transistors with very low saturation voltage like less than 100mV?
