hello,

I'm passing 30V through a switch to the output if the logic is 1, else the output should remain at 15V.
when im doing this, reverse breadown of transistor occurs. does anyone have an idea of switching between 30, 15 and 0, provided the current is 5uA

hi,

can anyone help me with switching between 30V,15V and 0V with condition of current 5uA. the output should be either 30V,15V or 0V (only one output pin)

As your load current is only 5 uA many transistors do not like this wide voltage variation. You can use an operational amplifier (some are rated for +/- 50 V DC), or rather use a reed switch with voltage dividers.
