Does anybody has a solution for a switched output (+5V pulses, on- resistance < 0.5 ohm). If output-pulses are disabled, the output should allow to be connected to +12V (by resistor). MOSFET fails, because the body diode pulls down the +12V. The solution should be cheap. Lovoltech only has N- JFET.

A fast diode in serie with your mosfet.
