Switch can carry 225mA?

Hello,

Can this switch carry 225mA?...obviously it can for a small while, but will it wear out within a few weeks (Switch is part number SDC-1-014)

I ask because we just had some delivered, and they look very weak and fragile.

It will be used for switching on the 225mA which gets used to switch a contactor ...this is the contactor..

Since the load is inductive, at every switch off, the switch should discharge the energy stored in the contactor coil at a rather high voltage.
Did you add a reverse diode in parallel with the coil?
With this diode, the voltage on the switch won't exceed 24V.
