I have a APC Smart UPS 2000 XLI that won't even turn on the fans, I believe the problem is related to the diodes on the control board. As far as I can see they are marked UM = and are 3 pin smt type. Only one side of a few of these works the other is an open circuit. having access to some form of schematic would make it possible to see what is likely to need replacing first.
