Super source follower

I am new to ltspice and I am doing cmos design actually a newbie. I came across a circuit block called SUPER SOURCE FOLLOWER. does anybody know anything about it. How can I simulate it using LTspice.

Actually my professor told me to do the simulation. the circuit diagram is as follows. Please help.
