Super nodal problems (zero pivot)

I am currently working on 2d SiC trench gate MOSFET.While simulating the device for Id_Vg simulation, my simulation fails at t=0 and it didn't converge and showing error message as SUPER NODAL PROBLEMS (ZERO PIVOT). How to overcome from this error.
