Suggestions for ways of driving IGBT

i have tried different way to drive igbt , but result is not satisfactory,


i want to switch 100 amp at 100v dc supply,with 1 khz frequency,can anybody

suggest solution ,along with heatsink size and snubber cirkit

Hi,
Have you tried a MOSFET/IGBT driver IC?
Depends on the gate current required.

Take a look at IR2110/L6384, etc for smaller current requirements or TC4451/TC4452 for low side high current application.
