rfic puzzles

Hi all,
I am an freshman who will be an analog PLL designer soon. And I hope to transfer to be an RFIC designer in the following years. The reason why I don't select RFIC now is that the RFIC is not a big area compared with ASIC or Analog in my country.And in my vision, I know how to learn the basic knowledge of RFIC. So my puzzles are:
(1) what is my start in RFIC area if I want to transfer to be an RFIC designer in a few years based on my analog PLL design experience?
(2) Though there are not many opportunities now, should I still select RFIC area because it is more promising and there will be more opportunities in the near future?

BTW: I have a little analog experience when pursuing my master degree in university. And my interests are annalog & RFIC design which are more based on one's experience.

Thank you very much for your opinion.

Re: Analog PLL->RFIC ?

Hi, trashbox

**broken link removed** - this link will help you to start with PLL design and RFIC.
I have attached a very good book found on the same site.

Do not upload materials which can be found on internet. Post link instead. Space and bandwith are important !! File deleted.
