Suggest me a circuit design for power amplifier at 500Khz

Can any one suggest for me a circuit design for a power amplifier working in the 500KHz range and should produce about 300W. I suggest a swiched power MOSFET. Can any one garrantee this suggestion?

For an operating frequency of 500 KHz, the switching rate (frequency) for a switching amplifier would be excessive. I would suggest a class B or AB linear amplifier, depending on your distortion requirements. The tradeoffs are:
Class B Higher distortion, higher efficiency
Class AB Lower distortion, lower efficiency. The closer
you get to class A, the distorion and efficiency
will be reduced.
Class A Lowest Distortion and Efficiency.
Both FETs and Junction transistors are suiotable for a linear design.

You must choose your heat sinks carefully to avoid excessive junction temperatures.

Thanks Karl. but the trend now is to switched mode power MOSFETS
to save power--> effeiciency up to 90% in contrast to linear whis in less than 50%
Allso SM is easier to control with logic circuits

If you want DC-to-500 kHz bandwidth, then a switching amp is probably no good, as Kral says.

If your bandwidth is narrow, then search Google for class-E or class-F RF amp designs, or perhaps try something like this unusual clase-E/F amp that generates 1100 watts at 7 MHz:
