sir
i m doing the project on mobile jammer. i require the ic max2623. but this ic is not avilable in market. so i require the alternate to this ic.
i require the whose output must range from 900-965mhz.

I am not sure why this is not available, Maxim still makes this part

You can get samples from them

if maxim2622/2623/2624 are not easily available in countries like pakistan and india
etc then the solution is to get it from MAXIm themselves or get the Alternate/equivalent VCO whos range is from 800MHz-1050 Ghz or similar..

i m also working on the same stuff but the head on problem is that it is not available in pakistan.....The shipment charges from maxim are also high ,,,so i need an equivalent VCO whos range matches to that of the given IC ..

alternate of the ic

I am trying to make project on mobile jammer for ..however we are facing some problems we are not able to get MAX2623 ics and MAR4SM amplifier here in Delhi,India.

we would be really thankful if u could tell us the alternative ICS for the above 2
