I have a strange Problem with Win 7 32 bit. After I boot the PC normally the system hangs after 30 to 60 seconds after Desktop appears. The mouse pointer moves but it becomes busy and then I can't click anything as the desktop freezes. If I boot in Safe mode or Safe mode with Networking then there will be no problem and internet also works fine. In Device manager I found "WAN Miniport (IKEV2) has a yello exclamation icon and it says driver not loaded and device is not working as there is not driver. I found out that the driver needed is
