Hi all,
This is Sai Sankar Nallapaneni,i am sharing my experiences on weighing scale and my problem is, i am using C8051F350 Micro Controller which contains 24bit ADC which also contains inbuilt temperature sensor and is connected to a 20KG load cell. After turning on the scale it was showing accurate values i.e if i keep 1oogms of weight the it will display it accurately . But after 1 hour or 2 hours whats happening is if i keep the weight 100gms it will be gradually increasing to (110gms, 130gms,90gms,140gms,180gms,201gms, and so on till some 700 to 800 gms and never ends) it never stops . I tried everything but i cant able to sort it out. Please some one help me in sorting out this problem .

Have you determined whether the error happens in the microcontroller, or does it happen in the 20KG load cell?

Have you hooked up a different measuring device to the load cell? Does it need a voltmeter? An ammeter?
