Have you tried any of the major distributors:

Arrow, Avnet, Digikey, Future, Mouser, NuHorizons all report have the kits in stock.

I know several of the above distributors have warehouses in the Asian/Pacific area.

AqTronics in Mumbai posted a notice of availability for the kit.

+on ebay or aliexpress you can often get goods without shipping charge (which may get quite high when ordering stuff from US to India)
