State of relay when unpowered?

Hi,
Would you agree, the J115F11C12VDCSH.9 relay diagram on page 3 (near bottom where says “1C”) is the conenction state of this relay when unpowered? (ie, the "swing arm" is to the top pin)?

Thanks, yes, i am wondering if the datasheet shows it in the non-energized state?....I kind of assume so.

Hi,

NO or NC, accompanied by list of types 1a, 1b, etc. on page two and diagrams on page three make you hope that NO would be normally open. Continuity tester might shed light on what's where when unpowered.
