Hai all,

Can anyone help me about the technical specifications,

5.0 Technical Specification

5.1 General

5.1.1 install a 3-phase automatic voltage stabilizer suitable for a 3-phase incoming power supply
5.1.2 install all new equipment inside a new enclosure which will be located in the control room of the analyzer station.
5.1.3 ensure that the installation does not interfere with existing equipment.
5.2 Automatic Voltage Stabilizer
5.2.1 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall be suitable for a 415V 3-phase incoming supply.

5.2.2 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall tolerate a 15% input voltage variation.

5.2.3 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall be able to produce a stable output voltage, not exceeding 1.5% output voltage variation.

5.2.4 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall be able to cater for an unbalanced load.

5.2.5 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall have an efficiency of more than 95%.

5.2.6 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall have a response time of less than 0.1 seconds.

5.2.7 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall produce a sine wave output waveform.

5.2.8 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall feature protective function such as, but not limited to, transient voltage protection, over current protection, and phase loss sensing.

5.2.9 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall be able to cater for a maximum load current of 70A.

5.2.10 The automatic voltage stabilizer should come with digital voltmeter & ammeter built-in to indicate the input and output of the voltage stabilizer. If this is not possible, separate voltmeter & ammeter shall be installed as per section 5.3.

5.2.11 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall be installed after the ELCB with auto-reclose system.

5.2.12 The automatic voltage stabilizer shall comply with the relevant oil & gas standards.

5.3 Digital Voltage & Ammeter

5.3.1 The digital voltmeter & ammeter shall be able to display the voltage and current of the 3-phase input & output.

5.3.2 The digital voltmeter & ammeter shall be installed to indicate the incoming supply to voltage stabilizer and the output of the voltage stabilizer. The phase to be displayed shall be selectable using the selector switch. Total number of voltmeter & ammeter to be installed shall be 1 voltmeter & 1 ammeter for incoming power to the voltage stabilizer, and 1 voltmeter & 1 ammeter for the output of the voltage stabilizer.

5.3.3 The digital voltmeter & ammeter shall comply with the relevant oil & gas standards.

5.2.9 70 A per phase.
Para 5.2.6 this speed precludes the use of motor driven Variacs and so you will need a sinewave inverterr a saturable reactor type if you are not so worried about the waveform, but you won't get your efficiency with either type.
No maximum operating temperature of hall in which the enclosure stands.
50 KW total power?.
Any type that uses a mechanical device, MUST have hysteresis. As the input will be near nominal for most of the time, the motor driven bit will be rattling around this point most of the time, over the years this point will get worn and you end up with a drive cog with teeth missing at one point and totally unworn else where. So the drive configuration should be output volts +- 5V, no drive on motors at all, outside this window, the voltage and drive should be applied, preferablely to drive the output back to its centre setting.
