It depends on stablizer design. If the designer has implemented under/overvoltage, the stabilizer will simply turn off the output power.
If the stabilizer doesnt have undervoltage protection then if the input voltage decrease below 160V the output voltage will decrease below 200V proportionaly, till the control circuit is able to engerize the relays (around 90volts) and turn off.
Similarly if it doesnt have overvoltage protection then if the input voltage increases beyond 270, the output voltage will increase beyond 240 till either the output fuse is burnt, load damaged or stabilizer itself burnt.
