Hi,

Anyone can provide theory for stability analysis of Multi-loop circuit.
If there are more than one feedback loop, how to break the loop for AC simulation?

If every loop in the system is stable the whole system is stable also. This is sufficient condition for a system stability. I think you can read any text book about automatic control theory. I know some books but in russian only. I can suggest to you, if you need

How to do AC simulation in spectre or hspice? Break every place?

no you do not need to break at every place. Check for individual loop stability first and then for the outer loop.

In spectre go for stb analysis this will give better results and if are using hspice then try using middlebrook's method(u need t write some subcircuit for double injection etc) or in the simplest but less accurate way just use an inductor and capacitor. the value of L and C has to HUGE so that the double pole falls in rane of millihertz.

hope this helps u.

Any other suggestions?

I think that suggestion of 'ashish_chauhan' is right.
Solve the internal loop first then outer loop....
