Hi, I looking for library for OrCad from STmicroelectronics . I found some links but it did not work (). I need some transistors and diodes models (ST21N65M5 and STPS10H100CT)..Can you help me with that. DO you have someone that library...I have just default library from ST in OrCad 16.3.thx
 

Have you got datasheets for them?

If so then make the library parts yourself, they are simple 3 legged packages and you need to learn how to make them yourself if you are to use a CAD package successfully.
