This is a project of a semiconductor Tesla coil. The device is equipped with a full-bridge inverter – a full H bridge. It was made on IRFP460. Bridge transistors are mounted to a heat sink (it acts as a mounting and decoration, because the bridge does not heat up).
The full bridge is controlled by GDT on a 3e25 core. It is controlled by a capacitive feedback formed on negators and amplified by the TC4421 and TC4422 drivers.
The frequency of the secondary winding is about 250kHz.
The housing was made of plexiglass and Bakelite as the base.
