It is a construction of semiconductor Tesla coil class E based on a simple system designed by Steve Ward. Detailed description of the construction can be found at LINK.
A voltage doubler was added to the device. You can gain 45V, which goes to the primary winding coil. Using 63nF resonant capacitor (C6) and 4,5 primary winding turn you can avoid problems with resonance. The coupling antenna should be placed in appropriate distance from the secondary winding.

Parameters:
  • height of the secondary winding: 193mm
  • diameter of the secondary winding: 110mm
  • F of the secondary winding: 267kHz
  • winding wire: 0,18mm

  • diameter of the primary winding: 160mm
  • regulated turns: 1 to 12
  • wire on the primary winding: 1,5mm
