Ssta, pocv, socv? are they same?

Hi, my new job is STA and studying about variation.

I confused about term and relationship between SSTA and POCV, oh, including SOCV.

are they all same concept?

Do you know about this?

please explain or let me know link about detail info.

they are not the same, and some names are purely for commercial reasons, i.e., cadence didn't want to use the same terminology as synopsys.

start learning about AOCV and how a .aocv file is generated and used. this is probably the most important thing to learn for new technologies.
