Square line layout: is it better to close metal line ?

square line layout

Is it better to close square metal line, or to leave it open at the one side.
In the secound case would it make antenna effect?
Signals are ~x20MHz

I think u can leave un connected to avoid the circulating currents .

If u really want to connect then close the square and ground it.
