SPWM for TMS320F28335

Can someone please help me in programming Texas TMS320F28335 to generate SPWM?

I am not able to understand from where and how to start.

You can begin with the documentation and examples available for TI DSCs in ControlSUITE.
Try to get acquainted with Code Composer Studio and its programming environment.
The best way is to learn working with F28xxx devices is by learning it's internal structure and registers from the datasheet to enable you to initialize the peripherals.
Once you have passed this step, SPWM generation can be discussed.
