System issues, is better to contact software manufacturer; anyway, at a glance, I would guess that your Windows version is somehow a candidate of guilty of that. More and more I have been facing to issues related to incompatibility of a program successfully installed on a version of Windows which was not able anymore to be installed on the other. If your system have lot of programs installed, try recovering the OS to the factory condition and re-install this tool.
