can anyone please tell me how to implement split radix FFT algorithm
 

1 - open text editor
2 - start coding

possibly step 0, scribble down rough design on piece of paper.

That aside, have you thought about the problem yourself? If so, what did you come up with so far? I can't believe you couldn't find anything because there's plenty of stuff a simple google query will find. So I am sure you already did something and are stuck somewhere. Right? So what did you do so far, and where are you stuck?

Yup, just did a quick google to check, so it surely cannot be lack of information.
