SPLD - simple programmable logic device
CPLD - complex programmable logic device
FPGA- field programmable gate array

CPLD is programmable device which have microcell , switch matrix , functional block and its own chip memory
FPGA contain array of gates , flip flop which can be program

how CPLD , SPLD and FPGA are they all different in term of hardware ?

This looks somewhat like a homework problem. Have you done any research other than getting definitions of the acronyms?

For an SPLD search for programmable array logic: https://www.google.com/search?q=programmable+array+logic&espv=2&biw=1544&bih=870&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=FmygU_OpNtGIogSM0ILYCA&sqi=2&ved=0CEgQsAQ

For a CPLD search for complex programmable logic device: https://www.google.com/search?q=complex+programmable+logic+device&espv=2&biw=1544&bih=870&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=pGygU7OzJMOEogSnwoDwBw&ved=0CD4QsAQ

For FPGA search for field programmable gate array: https://www.google.com/search?q=field+programmable+gate+array&espv=2&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=7GygU82WMMrJoATYrIHQDA&sqi=2&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAw&biw=1544&bih=870

If you look at the images for each type of device you can see the architectural differences between them and that should answer your question.

Regards
