hspice numdig

Hi, I'm a designer using spice, what I'm trying to do is to print out signal using .print command, and dump to Matlab to calculate. But I fould the value in .out file is just precision of 3, and it cause some truncation error while calculating in Matlab. Is there any way to increase the precision with .print command? or there's another command with higher precision?? Thanks for your reply!

in your input netlist put
.OPTION eps=1e-6
to set the simulation accuracy

Hi.
It seems there is another way either to control the printout accuracy. the following line is from HSpice manual.

.OPTIONS NUMDGT=x controls the listing printout accuracy.

it all has to do something with .option statement.

EZT
