Hello,
Can any one tell me the easy way how to build a SPICE MODEL (subcircuit) from data sheet ???
Does exist a tool for this job ?

regards keen

PSPICE has tools to generate model parameters for certain device types, e.g. MOSFETs.

Which kind of devices do you have in mind?

I have LM5576 in my mind,
I found a LM5576 Spice model on TI site but it seems it is useable only in TINA, & it is encrypted :(
'AEi Power IC Model Library' has this model but I can not reach it ..
So have to learn how to make it ..

Simulation support for switch mode controllers is generally limited. Available models are rather behavioral than transistor level. And it's often unclear which aspects of chip functionality are covered by a specific model.

Encripting the models my intend protection of internal chip features but also more trivial objectives like hiding the limited quality of a model.

Making a simple behavioral model that implements controller and pwm isn't too difficult.
