I am looking for a replacement for a micro SD card that I can solder onto a PC board.
I don't even need flash memory, so an SRAM would do as a buffer for data read from
a memory card that is 128 MBytes in capacity.

While I can find lots of high capacity micro SD cards, I see nothing with a small footprint
and less than 10 pins that I can add to a PCB.

Can anyone suggest a part that would replace micro SD storage ? SRAM will do as
it is to buffer data before it goes over the air.

If you are comitted to serial interface memory ("10 pin"), NOR or NAND flash memory is the only available option as far as I see.
