Hi,

In Cadence ADE window,

When selecting the simulation host, i can't see "SpectreRF" named simulator !!!

Only "Spectre" and "SpectreS" .. Which or where's "SpectreRF" ??

Is it one of them??

No? Well, how to include in simulator lists??

You're great forum members indeed!

Sure someone will answer with help!

Cheers,

When you run PSS, PAC, PNoise, etc, you are using SpectreRF. You can obtain more info by looking at cadence documentation.

You can find it under the path: $CDS_ROOT/docs/spectreRF/spectreRF.pdf
(where $CDS_ROOT refers to your Cadence installation directory)

Read it in page 245, you will find that Spectre simulator include SpectreRF simulations to run as stated above...

spectreRF is not a single simulator. it's actually spectre but more feature are added specifically in aid of RF analysis. so just like how you set up spectre analysis but choose the analyses you need, such as pss, pnoise, etc.
