:hisim_hv is an undefined primitive device.
My model library is like"inline subckt nch_hva_600f_mac (d g s b)....,
nch_hva_600f_mac( d g s b) nch_hva_600f w= wef l=l
model nch_hva_600f hisim_hva...."
I have made a cell named nch_hva_600f_mac,
and changed cdf parameters of the cell,fill the model name with "nch_hva_600f"
however, it doesn't work,
w:?::?:hy?

hi bean123,

looks like you have a problem with your library setup. Have you checked if there is a hisim_hv device in you library. If there is you should check if you're using the corresponding section (could be included by another section of the lib itself or you have to include).

Hope this helps.
regards

I think your model-card syntax is wrong and Spectre sees you
defining your personal transistor, as a type it doesn't recognize.
Your post text is not even self-consistent (hsim_hv, hsim_hva...
- what's the real deal?

Anyway, look to your model statements and confine yourself
to Spectre primtives for the "device type" .
