Special characters in Capture CI 16.6

So, it is possible that software does not support special characters.
In other CDNS product - Virtuoso IC, support for extended ASCII has been introduced last year with the latest release.
Maybe, you need to use the latest version of software or simply wait for release supporting it, or live without special characters.
