Spartan 3E Starter Kit Vccint

Hello,

Is there any one who can help me on how to increase internal core Vdd for Spartan 3e in Starter Kit ? I know that starter kit has ti 75003 voltage regulator to feed the spartan 3e with the voltage of 1.2 V. I need to increase this voltage to age the device unders high voltage for a research. But I could not find anything about how to increase it in datasheets. Could you help me about it please ?

It looks like the easiest way is to open JP7 and use a bench supply for the core voltage. The hard way is to cut the feedback trace and get two resistors in for the voltage divider as described in the TI data sheet.
