sot part has markings "XBBZ" on samsung laptop board next to dc jack

Hello, i've been trying to find what a part is which is a sot 3 pin package that says xbbz on the top. I assume it is a zener diode, but i don't know. I thought it might've been the BZX99
-C5V1 and when i contacted nxp they had no clue. Any help, thanks
