SOT-363 marked as 1PC. Can anyone tell me what it is??

Hi there,

I have chip from a DC motor drive, the chip is a SOT-363 package, and marking on it shows: 1PC. I searched the internet and didn't find anything useful... any help or suggestion is greatly appriciated!!!!
