Hi all

I try tp access the IR-LED / IR-Receiver of a Sony Clié Handheld directly. Has anyone information about:
- On which port are these LED's connected
- Is there an enable

are u developing on sony clie platform or just using a clie handheld? I have a clie, it's easy to open the IR port and connect it with other devices.

Hi yeewang

I'm developing own applications on the Clié. I want to use the IR-Port not only for IRDA compatible transfers. This is the problem. Using it with the standard API functions is not the problem.
But in the meantime, I found the baseaddress for the CPU-Regs myself. They start at 0x4000 0000, instead of (the CPU-internal) space at 0x200000. Perhaps this can help others.

Bye
