some questions for SMPS

1.assume a DC to DC converter(forward or flyback ),it's specification:
I/p:18-36vdc
o/p:10v/1A
f:300KHZ
efficiency:85%
if we modify it to I/p:18-72vdc o/p:20V/5A
what question do we must to pay attention ?
2.if we are SMPS engineer ,what kind of ablity do we must to possess ?
