Some Question about the three types of cap in analog IC

There are three types of capacitor in analog circuit,MIN,Poly cap, MOS cap,
What's the characteristic of these caps. And I'd like to get some information about the place each type is used.

MIM and ploy cap have small unit capacitance, low voltage coefficient. MOS CAP has big unit capacitance and high voltage coefficient
 

It's well described in your technology manual provided by your foundry
 

RF Circuit Design by Chris Bowick is a useful and inexpensive reference on this question. You might find the paperback copy helpful.

I only have a paper copy but it may be posted. I did not look and figured that was something you could easily do yourself.
 

MiM => metal-insulator-metal , good very linear cap
poly => poly-insulator-poly , higher cap, but not so linear, more parasitics
MOScap => mosfet gate, larger cap, non-linear, only to decouple

mim cap can be on top of the opamp transistors when doing compensation and save more area compared to other types.
