Dear all, I need to design a LEVEL SHIFT DRIVER circuit . The INPUT is low voltage,it's 5V.The OUTPUT is high voltage,it's 30V.But I will use the VDS/VGS=40V/20V process. This mean the VGS must less than 20V.When HVDD=6~20V,I hope the OUTPUT voltage swing is 0V~HVDD,When HVDD=20V~30V,I hope the OUTPUT voltage swing about (HVDD-20V)~HVDD.Otherwise,the VGS will higher than 20V,it can destory the MOS transitor.
I show the structure of the LEVEL SHIFT DRIVER.I hope somebody can help me to solve it. Thanks a lot ,Best Regards
Fendy
