Hi,

I noticed that my solar battery refuses to charge recently.

I short circuited both battery terminals n charger starts charging .

Why do i get this problem & how to solve ?

When you short circuit the battery terminals, you pull the volt level down to 0V. Evidently the charger needs to see the volt level drop, so that it triggers the internal logic, so it starts a charge cycle.

Perhaps the charger has gotten out of adjustment. Perhaps it fails to be triggered when the batter drops to its discharged volt level?
