Multi document NEdit

Hi,
As far as I know, NEdit is one of the best, and most famous editors, used in Linux for editting different kinds of source code.. However I think it's most important weakness, is that it does not provide a Multi Document Interface. Meaning that you can not edit, Mutiple codes, simultaneously with one instance of NEdit and you have to run as Nedits as the number of your needed source codes.
Any solution for this?

Re: Multi document NEdit

never tried it before, just got it from google search:

see tip 2: tabbed buffers patch

Re: Multi document NEdit

I use Nedit all the time. I never had this problem. I can always either use File -> Open or New to edit multiple files. A new nedit window will pop up. I use nedit on Solaris.

OK! I mean that I want only and only one NEdit window, which can show me, multiple documents. I do not want to have as many NEdit windows as my open document. Just like what Kate does under linux. or just like Textpad in windows.
I think, this is the only weakness of NEDit. It's scripting language is really great.
