Soldering Station on AT89C52

Hi All,

I have this soldering station on AT89C52 schematic , But there is this little problem over here.
My thermocouple readback does not corresponds to my Set Value of the soldering station.
I am a little weak in electronic component.

Situation :

I set my SET value as 200 and it does not trigger the triac to attain the SET value.
Anyone mind giving it a look and help.
