soldering problem!

should the solder wire(lead) stick to the soldering iron tip or should not stick to the soldering iron tip.which is right.! please advise me guys!

but how can i make it to stick to the tip,its not sticking ,please help!

clean the tip of ur soldering iron alwayz use TCP (Temperature controlled pencil).
use some soldering paste on the tip
watch the tutorial . . .
