Solar system controller

I need a device to control a solar power system which I can't find on the market.
It must handle AC mains and solar power input, lead acid UPS and 2 independent DC outputs, and ethernet connectivity for monitoring.

I have very few experience in power supplies.
This design usually use a DC bus where the inputs, battery and outputs connect?

Could you please expand this sentence in detail? I coundnt get whats your exact requirement. Cheers

Re: Solar system controller

Power can come in via the Solar panel input or AC mains(actually a AC/DC adapter to avoid designing another thing).
Then it can go to charge the battery or to two independent loads.

I can see this being done 2 ways.

2 independent circuits, one connected to AC and the other to the solar panel. Then they would have DC converters for each output and battery connection, with all this outputs connected in parallel across the 2 circuits.
They would only need one digital connection for load sharing or charging algorithm information.

The other way is to have each input connected with a converter to a common DC bus, and then all output converters taking power from that bus.

What could be easier?
